Ok, so afterhead applies only to the \head command. I've chosen \txt{},
because I need something like this:
\setupitemize[headstyle=\bf\groupedcommand{}{:}, width=5em, distance=1em]
\starttext
\startitemize
\txt{Short}
\input tufte
\txt{Very very very long}
\input tufte
\stopitemize
\stoptext
Should \head better be used for this purpose? And if yes, how?
