Running heads peculiarity

If I want the book title to appear on even pages and the chapter name 
on odd pages I hve to set up the pertinent command backwards as 
follows:
\setupheadertexts[text]
[chapter][pagenumber][pagenumber][Book Title]

This is the wrong sequence per the manual  on page  79.  Has this been 
fixed or will this be fixed?

Could be an error in the manual, iirc it has been like it is now for
ages.

indeed nothing has changed; this (possible) confusion comes from the 
fact that we need to handle single sided, double sided and mixed in the 
same command
