I know it is fixed under Linux. Thanks.
But on Windows, it is still broken:

When you want to use context, you need to initialize the tree with:
D:\Programs\context\tex\setuptex.bat D:\Programs\context\tex
You can associate this command with a shortcut to the cmd prompt.
