Here is a minimal example:

\setupinteraction[state=start]
\setupcolors     [state=start]

\useURL[wiki][http://wiki.contextgarden.net][][\ConTeXt\ wiki]

\starttext
\from[wiki]
\stoptext


Which typesets something like the expanded text of \ConTeXt macro
instead of the expected hyperlink.
