As in the subject. When I do
\setupcaption[intermezzo][
  location=top,
  number=no,
  style=italic,
]
\setupfloat[intermezzo][
  frame=on,
]
only the content gets framed; I'd like to have a frame (or background,
for that matter) around all the float _and_ the caption.

Any ideas?

Well, I admit that I quite like the Emacs operating system. The only
problem with it is that it lacks a good ASCII editor.
