Subject: Re: Problems with TeX Live 2010
Date: Thu, 17 Jun 2010 21:33:12 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <201006172133.12260.matija@suklje.name> (raw)

More TeX Live problems from my part. I suppose I'm stupid or something...

To '/etc/env.d/98texlive_local_moj_začasen' I've added:
--8<-----------
PATH="/opt/TeXLive2010/bin/x86_64-linux"
INFOPATH="/opt/TeXLive2010/texmf/doc/info"
MANPATH="/opt/TeXLive2010/texmf/doc/man"
----------->8--
to make TeX Live 2010 accessible globaly and re-ran 'env-update' in order for
the new environment to take effect.

One one hand it seems the *PATH's worked, because both Zsh tab autocompletion
and 'which xetex; which context' work just fine. But on the other, it doesn't
run anymore.

If I run 'texexec <file.tex>' I get only:
--8<-----------
MTXrun | kpse fallback with progname 'context' initialized in 0 seconds
----------->8--

and if I run 'context <file.tex>' I get:
--8<-----------
MTXrun | unknown script 'context.lua' or 'mtx-context.lua'
----------->8--

It's days like these that remind me I'm primarily a lawyer, not a coder :\

Cheers,
Matija
