  The way you wrote the macro originally, the spaces were part of the
macro.  If you use your original definition of \HelloTwo, you can write
\HelloOne as follows:

----
	\def \HelloOne #1 {\HelloTwo {#1}{Vedran} }
----

and it works.

	\GoodByeOne{Arthur}
