Thanks for the new beta which fixes the strange behaviours precedently
mentioned (milli prefix, disparition of some unit symbols).
However, I inadvertently found a small bug:
3\unit[Hz] and 3\unit[hertz] give
3 hz and 3 hz (without upcase).

Hi,
The next release of the units module will provide the (experimental) switch
\textdimensionstrue
for documents that have no math and for instance sans body fonts. Spacing
corrections in monospaced fonts will be ignored.
