Hi,
PDF links to floats and footnotes change the zoom setting to fit
height even though focus=standard is set. Links to chapters/sections
behave as expected. Example:
\setupinteraction
[state=start,focus=standard]
\starttext
\in{figure}[foo]
\startplacefigure [reference=foo] \stopplacefigure
Footnote \startfootnote Footnote \stopfootnote
\stoptext
