∙ Did you set OSFONTDIR?
∙ Does OSFONTDIR include /usr/share/fonts/OTF?
∙ Did you run mtxrun -script fonts -reload?
∙ Do these commands return the fonts?
mtxrun -script fonts -list -all minion
mtxrun -script fonts -list -all myriad
