Hi,

I'm trying to achieve the following effect:
   +---------------+--------------------------+
   | Class Mod | Race Mod |
   +---------------+--------------------------+
   | Fighter +3 | Elf/Half-elf +1 |
   | Rogue +3 | Dwarf/Gnome/Halfling +2 |
   | Mage +4 | Orc/Half-orc -1 |
   | Cleric +5 +--------------------------+
   +---------------+

What I basically need is a way to let a horizontal rule span only
a limited range of columns.
