Hi,
I’m using Peter Münster’s downsampling module (http://modules.contextgarden.net/grph-downsample) and kept it under my project directory, like
~/mybook/tex/context/third/grph-downsample
That worked with latest betas until 2015-07-31.
It still works under .../texmf-local/tex/context/third/grph-downsample
So there’s not really a problem, I can’t remember why I kept that project-local tree anyway, but something changed that might bite someone else...
