How would I produce the pdf file with security/password using context?

it's something one does afterwards
ghostscript can do encryption
or just use acrobat professional for it

You can also use podofoencrypt (http://podofo.sourceforge.net/)

I found pdftk in the web, and it does the encryption in 128bits,
passwords, merging, etc... It will do the job.
