Subject: Spacing in two column lists

All,
How does one put additional spacing in a list with two columns. Thus far, I
have
\startitemize[n,columns,two,continue]
\item[ch1.1] $\sqrt{(1.2)^2+(2.3)^2+(-3.1)^2}$
\item
$\displaystyle{1.2+2(3.4)}\over{\displaystyle\sqrt{(1.2)^2+(-1.5)^3+(3.4)^2}}$
\item $1+2\sin(\pi/12)$
\item[ch1.2] $\displaystyle 6\over{\displaystyle 1+2\cos(\pi/3)}$
\stopitemize
and it is a bit crowded. I'd like to add a little more spacing between the
rows.
