All,

These lines then are suspect in my texexec.ini (but these came straight
away form the texexec.rme from the beta distribution).

for  miktex  set  TeXFormatFlag     to  --undump=
for  miktex  set  MpFormatFlag      to  --undump=

Looking for some professional advice here.
