Aha, that file is not needed. Some old help info junk. I removed it and uploaded a new beta version. Your changed to croation labels were added too. BTW, this beta also provided arab and hebrew using arabtex using \setupbodyfont[arb] (very preliminary). I also fixed a typical beta bug.
