No, a borderline problem in the special driver:

in spec-fdf.tex change: 

\def\doPDFsetpagetransition#1#2%
  {\let\PDFpagetransitions\empty
   \processcommalist[#1]\dodoPDFsetpagetransition
   \doPDFpageattribute
    %{\ifnum#2>0 /Dur #2 \fi
     {\ifnum0<0#2 /Dur #2 \fi
      \ifx\PDFpagetransitions\empty\else
        /Trans <<\PDFpagetransitions>>\fi}}

(I recently added the option to set the delay, but didn't check the transitions themselves, since I never use them)
