Hello, all.

syst-eet.tex contains "eeTeX replacements", mostly consisting of
"commalist" macros.  

What is eetex?

An extension to etex, that can handle < > based input more conveniently as well as provides lots of list and macro manipulations. It's stuff that we hope will make it into etex some day. 

(When implemented efficiently it could also speed up context; consider it beta for the moment.)
