Afrikaans may be a hollandse lookalike (don't know how well that description
will go down around here ;-), but it doesn't quite look like what appears in
lang-ger.tex.

Here are the correct terms

\setuplabeltext [\s!af] [\v!bijlage=bylae]
\setuplabeltext [\s!af] [\v!regels=re\"els]

and I feel honored to be able to fill in:

Ok. changed. Tobias filled them in using some old dictionaries. It looks
like you had a spelling reform in Afrika too.
