Some time ago Tom Hudec started translating the interface into czech. A few
days ago he finished this job, so I moved the translations into the core. I
had to extend the interface macros a bit, so this update it's currently in
a separate zip.

For those interested in localizing, the process is as follows (please
contact me first). Take:
mult-con.tex
mult-com.tex
go to the definition sections, add an entry for the language and add the
translations; make sure there are no duplicates.
xxxx-yyy.tex
copy the english messages to a file with the same name but a different
extension, and translate them. Afterwards I'll move them into the tex files.
