You can play with:

\definebodyfontenvironment
  [9pt]
  [interlinespace=11pt]

Or, more general, change de defaults: 

\setupinterlinespace
  [height=.72,
   depth=.28,
   top=1.0,
   bottom=0.4,
   line=2.8ex]

into for instance:

line=3ex

probably your font has a different relation between max height an depth of
a line.
