Subject: nasty bug

Our polish friends uncovered a nasty bug, recently introduced, which makes
multi column pages not center. I repaired it (i hope).
it has to do with some new ways of defining the layout:
when
backspace=3cm
cutspace=2cm
or
bottomspace=4cm
topspace=3cm
are combined, the height and width are calculated automatically, some
people like to specify layouts in this way, and by automatically
calculating them one can change the papersize and keep the margins.
Another option is:
\setuplayout[textwidth=.5\textwidth]
Dirty, but sometimes usefull, since the pagebody remains unchanged. It's
this part that need more checking.
