Can you advice me how to add bookmarks to my document (in ConTeXt
with PDFTeX)?

Add \placebookmarks somewhere before \starttext. You can override a chapter
(or whatever) title by 

\chapter{Something very long and dirty tex}

\bookmark{a ice short sentence}

.....

Also, you can ask for specific bookmarks and use any list you want: 

\placebookmarks[chapter,section] 

etc etc.
