No reason to be desperate about that. This graphic is only available when I
process the files here, since all the logo's are in our big company logo mp
file, which, as you can understand is not public. The next doc styles btw
will not have that message (but still a graphic, I made a new one, so that
I can recognize what is typeset here -).

I was not aware of that, you can change the lines in d-en-all.tex around
mp-cont to:

  \startmode[atpragma]

  \setuptexttexts
    [{\externalfigure[mp-cont.502][height=\textheight]\hfill}]

  \stopmode

/Fit]>>

\setupreferencing[convertfile=no]

I will make this default soon, the filename conversions is there for
producing cdroms, where iso 9660 only accepts uppercase. Since nowadays
most people use the newer cdrom extensions, any case will do.

Remind me, what bug?

About speed, our web host is supposed to opperate on two 640 mb lines but I
fear their video/audio customers use it up. I'm now thinking of another web
hoster (I've exceeded the capacity anyway).

Later this year, when adsl has arrived in this small town, I will be more
complete in updating individual files.

Sure,
