Hi Dutch users,
I just found out that the latest distributions have replaced nehyph.tex by
nehyph96.tex, so
the last few years we had:
nehyph.tex
dutch96.pat
and now there is only
nehyph96.tex
I adapted cont-usr.tex so that it tries to determine what is on the system.
Unfortunately the names of hyphenation files (and often their content too)
are rather incompatible and non standardized. So, in case of doubt, go to
the hyphen path and see what's there.
