They are for non context users, like the other cont-* files. The uti file
provides texutil, which you can use to do some not so much needed now pdf
trickery, the wrk is a not yet finished working environment in perl/tk,
which has some things not in cont-tmf, there is a file with the simple mp
to pdf converter and one with the chemical stuff (ppchtex is actually more
used by latex users than by context users -)
So, context users can stick to cont-tmf.zip and cont-doc.zip (style for
docu generation)
