Hmmm, thanks for the reply, but... 
This document seems to be in some format other then A4. Plus, it differs
from the one I meant (438 pages vs. 868 pages).
So, is the document named "Context, een macropakket bij TeX"  by Hans Hagen,
available in a printable version? Or, is it possible to edit the pagesize
using just Acrobat Reader?

370 pages: cont-enp.pdf, typeset in a 21 by 21 cm page layout.

I'm not sure if there will be a pure A4 version since some examples are
made for this size, and I have no time to optimize thefile for arbitrary
pages sizes.
