My guess would be that file d-en-000.tex is used as the environment for
compiling examples d-en-001.tex to d-en-004.tex. I haven't succeded in
doings so, but I could make it working by manual insertion of code in
d-en-000.tex at the begining of each file 001 to 004 and compiling them.
It defines overlay over the whole page of file linked with "Go to Viev"
action with destination at file d-end-all.pdf

Hi,
is it possible to influence sorting order of generated registers (index
etc...) by using \language command? Based on info from this list and code
in enco-xxx files, \definesortkey should be the solution.

It seems that there is defined some sorting order for polish language.
However when I try to adapt this approach to czech it doesn't influence
sorting order and index entries starting with accented characters.

Could someone provide leads how to govern proper sorting of accented
entries in registers?

Thanks.

That kind of sorting will be made more comfortable when named glyphs will
show up. Otherwise texexec etc would have to know about each encoding
around. I'm working on that.
