in no longer default, so you should add that.
There are inconsistencies between acrobat 4.0, acroread 4.0, acroread 4.05
with regards to initialization of fields and (even worse) javascripts. When
your first javascript is executed, you cannot yet be sure that fields are
initialized, and when depending on the viewer, teh javascript interpreter
is initialized before the openaction or after. I have grown accustomed to
the fact that adobe does test its own apps and/or that some pdf goodies
lack a clear concept.
