Hi. I think there's a way to get the header of a table created with
starttabulate to repeat on each new page, but I'm having trouble
locating the way to do that. I'd much appreciate a pointer. :)

  foo | bar | baz
  -----------------------
dfasdfa asdfasdf asdf <-- page one
  asdf asdfa add
  as asdfff ffda

  foo | bar | baz
  -----------------------
assa a ffda <--- page two also has header
  dfasdfa asdfas sadf
  asdf asfad dad

I'm not sure if this is possible with tabulate. Try using \starttables.
