There is an upwar dcompatibility error in presentation style 1, the right
menu should be generated as:
\startinteractionmenu[right]
\placelist
[Topic]
[alternative=f, % none is really none now
maxwidth=\hsize,
width=\hsize,
offset=0pt,
criterium=all,
align=left]
\stopinteractionmenu
This replaces the right edge setting. I also cleaned up the file a bit. So
if you need a full new one ... (like michael)
