\usemodule[units]
\starttext
$1 \Minute$
\stoptext
gives an undefined control sequence for \Minute,
both in mk2 and mk4.

From m-units.mkiv
\getvalue{\v!unit} [Min] {min} {\labeltext{u:min}}
So, \Min should work.
