With many commands (\framed for example) I can do a setup for general behaviour and do something special at the actual call. Like this: \setupframed[options...] \framed[individual options ...] It would be pleasant if I could do the same with combinations, but there I do not get to work a similar behaviour: \setupcombinations[align=middle,location=top] \startcombination[2*1][location=middle] Is it an option for Hans to build this into the code? It would also make ConTeXt's behaviour more regular if every command that has a \setupcommand[options] would always allow \command[options]. If some have it and some not it "strains the brain". yours sincerely, dr. H. van der Meer
