this works...

    style=bold,
    aligntitle=yes,
    after=\blank]              <--- that's too much vertical blank space

this doesn't...

\setuplist[chapter][
    style=bold,
    aligntitle=yes,
    after=\blank[small]]

strange ( see  log in attachement ), or not ?
