On page 17, the ConTeXt manual mentions the commands

\startfrontmatter - \stopfrontmatter
\startbodymatter - \stopbodymatter
\startbackmatter - \stopbackmatter

What's the precise use and benefit of these commands, other
a cleaner project structure ?
