- \showsetups output contains a lot of junk, a thorough cleaning would be
utmost welcome
- \showframe doesn't draw topspace and bottomspace
- which \setuplayout parameters enable a space/blank area between
the left/right page border and the left/right of leftedge/rightedge ?
