Hi All,
The current NTG MAPS (about 400 pages) contains the english manual of
PPCHTEX as well as the second half of the ConTeXt beginners manual (nl),
an article on pretty verbatim typesetting, another one on integrating
MetaPost, JavaScript, TeX and PDF (the calculator demo, english) and
chapter 3 of the context reference manual (about setting up layouts,
including logo things, grid typesetting, two-ing and more up, etc). The
NTG printed some more copies of this MAPS (partial in color because it's
the 10 year anniversary one). Non members can buy a copy for printing
and posting costs. If anyone is interested, he can contact
Taco Hoekwater <taco.hoekwater@wkap.nl>
Hans
