(This bug was introduced when I decided to use a second dummy [args] to
get rid of unwanted spaces: #2 had to become #3)  

For Erik: take a look at lang-ger.tex and see how the language specifics
are defined. Different meanings of "e for whatever encoding and pdfdoc. 

The update also takes care of \TeX and \kap and \type and a few more in
bookmarks.
