Thi sshould be the singular. Youwill never find these commands by
searching because they are generated (instances of lists):
\definecombinedlist [content] [contents] [...] 

In dutch (core-01a.tex): 

\definieersamengesteldelijst
  [\v!inhoud]
  [\v!deel,
   \v!hoofdstuk,
   \v!paragraaf,
   \v!sub\v!paragraaf,
   \v!sub\v!sub\v!paragraaf,
   \v!sub\v!sub\v!sub\v!paragraaf,

and in mult-con.tex :

             inhoud:  inhoud               content             inhalt
           inhouden:  inhouden             contents            inhalte

So that's why you cannot find this command.

You're right.

Sure, just changed it. Especially the \completecontent bug is reported
many times, but I still lacked the time to redo the manual. Will do it
pretty soon now.
