Get the latest files from www.pragma-ade.nl. Ctan will be in sync soon
(ctan will mirror context and ppchtex).

No need for ppchtex.noc! The first one will do and load ppchtex, that
when no context is found will load ppchtex.noc (no context).

That is because this is ok. The 'missing' concerns 'missing from
plain/latex'; that file contains some needed macros, actually
substitutes/dummies for some low level context stuff.

There is a ppchex mailing list with quite some german users on it who
use the 'de' style.
