Hi,
There is already
\definecasemap 128 to 255
which sets them all to the charcode. Do you mean (remark in enco file)
that you want:
\def\definecasemaps #1 to #2 lc #3 uc #4
{\dostepwiserecurse{#1}{1}#2}
{\!!counta=\recurselevel\advance\!!counta by #3
\!!countb=\recurselevel\advance\!!countb by #4
\expanded{\definecasemap\space
\recurselevel\space\the\!!counta\space\the\!!countb\space}}}
\definecasemaps 128 to 156 lc 32 uc 0
with 32 and 0 being offsets?
