Those encountering problems with buttons with [] in the text argument
should change in cont-new.tex: 

\def\dodocomplexbutton#1[#2]#3[#4]% #3 can contain [] -> {#3} later

   \iflocation
     \resetgoto

(BTW, buttons now also honor the samepage and unknown reference settings
as found in menus)

Still problems. The booklet is small again, but pre-docs stil has a
faulty "Just" in the top right insert (J over u).
