How about something like the following. (Note this isn't complete).

[pagenumber][chapter]
[pagenumber][section]

[header=empty]

(Somehow doesn't textheight=fit not really work.)

See above. I failed though to insert the number and a 'Chapter: '.
You could do something like [\pagenumber\hfill Chapter:
\WhichCommandGivesYouTheChapterName/Number?].
