I cannot imagine context using courier instead, so I suppose that GS shows courier? It makes sense to set up the GS map file in such a way that both uppercased and lowercased names are accepted, so there should be CMR10 and cmr10 entries. When I run context on your file, I get: figures : dimensions of ./iets.1 loaded from figurefile itself [MP fonts ./iets.1] [MP color conversion ./iets.1 (that is, when I produce dvipsone output, like you do) So it looks ok to me.
