You should increase the memory values. David can quite certainly point you out where to do that. As far as I know, miktex has a context section in its ini file. TeXExec should also work, once you have the files in place. You need to copy texexec.rme into texexec.ini, choose miktex, adapt the settings to your local paths, and put both the script and the ini in your search path. (the same with texutil.pl but that one has no ini file).
