You can have them in many disguises, at every level and in every
combination, you can influence expansion, influence the layout and
influence interaction etc etc

That should be rather easy because tetex is context aware. Just make
sure you have texexec.pl renamed to texexec and copied to the bin path.
The same for texutil.
