Well, how about:
mailto:majordomo@ntg.nl

and in the body:
help              <---- A commandoview
intro ntg-context <---- A small intro
info ntg-context  <---- A small info about the list
index ntg-context <---- The file list (See excerpt below)
end

This gives a list of 1966 files, where one file matches one posting.
