Hi all,

David reported a problem with the presentation styles in the beta
release. It turns out that the step mode is on by default (this mode
provides a stepwise build up of the screen/page). Since I use the styles
>6 this went unnoticed. Sorry.

I changed this into a mode. So, when one wants this feature (see
s-pre-00.tex for an explanation),
one should either enable step mode or run texexec with --mode=step.

Another problem occurs when one does not have the lucida's. In that
case, in your local cont-sys.tex file say:

  \definefilesynonym [font-lbr] [font-pos]

and instead of lbr fonts you will get pos ones.

A third problem is the missing supp-fun.mp file. I'll add that one to
the distribution.

I'll upload a new version tomorrow.

Hans
