Well, it doesn't work me yet. The suggested form

    definestartstop[vycet][before={\startitemize[n]},after=\stopitemize]

doesn't complain with cont-cz, english interface, but when used first
time,
it writes such an error:

        ! Extra }, or forgotten \endgroup.
        \stopvycet ->\dostopattributes \egroup
                                       \getvalue {\??be vycet\c!na }
        l.28 \stopvycet

I'm using it this way:

        \startvycet
        \item emitent peněz nená dostatečné znalosti, aby mohl emitovat
měnu
            se stabilní kupní silou, nebo\index{znalosti}
        \item emitent peněz má vlastní důvody, proč emitovat inflační,
            popř. deflační měnu.
        \stopvycet

What's wrong?
