The matter of export/import from conTeXt has been discussed many  
times but as far as I know there's no actual solution.
Ideas concern doc-->html-->context (via xml) or also doc-->open  
office xml --> xml in ConText


But no word2ConteXt ...:(

(for my needs I'd prefer conteXt2word)
